The scent of freshness: bread and rolls

When you come into our salon for breakfast, you will be greeted by the smell of freshly baked rolls and bread. Baking bread is our passion and it tastes so good!

We also serve a selection of sausages and cheeses, which we obtain from our trusted butcher, local farms, organic stores, nearby Alsace and other selected sources. We are constantly on the lookout for delicacies that will delight you!

Honey from the neighborhood

A special highlight is the honey from a beekeeper in the neighborhood, which gives your breakfast a sweet, natural note.

We also offer various types of jam, many of which are homemade.

Eggs from happy hens

Our fresh eggs come from happy hens in the region and are prepared according to your wishes as scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs or omelettes.

The breakfast menu is complemented by seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes or peppers, fresh fruit depending on the season, vegetarian or vegan spreads and muesli.

Coffee and tea – the perfect start to the day

Enjoy the delicious coffee that we obtain from the excellent Parezzo coffee roastery in Landau. We also offer lactose-free milk, as well as soy and oat milk. Of course, there are also different types of tea for tea drinkers.
